Bali Prebuilt Houses: A twin occupancy model; the idea is to invert inside circulation into perimeter circulation, to create a feeling of expansion. The lanai side of the house contains an open ambience and the deck is implicitly expanded through the four sides of the house. By keeping this as a single entry unit, we have been able to maximize the bedroom space in the rear of the structure. A clear-cut even roof pitch is employed with a Keep it Simple feel from the ground to the peak. The extended roof rafters cover the lanai from direct rain, but still allows for indirect/diffused light to enter the common area.' House Specification :
