In regard to our burgeoning prefab house division, we have sold a noteworthy amount of tropical hardwood prebuilt homes that have been reassembled throughout the Big Island of Hawaii. Wiith our newly establised Bali based operation, we can now better service our growing customer base throughout the Asia Pacific zone as well as Europe and the Caribbean.

Our in-house architects then work hand in hand with your local architect(s) to ensure that the post and beam style tropical hardwood structure strictly adheres to all strutural requirements as established by the building council/planning department of your local muncipality. While we are busy pre-assembling the timber frame portion of your Prefab home on the Island of Bali, we aid you in designing stunning kitchen cabinetry and ordering gorgeous Teak wood furniture to compliment your hardwood structure. We fit you out with a stylish Gazebo, a few buddhas and some rocks and statuary for the garden. We then knockdown the structure and precisely code, package and carefully stuff every item into container(s) bound for your country destination. While the goods are on the water, we send you a complete set of
Auto
Cad drawings and Assembly Plans while your local builder fabricates the slab/foundation that will support your wonderful tropical hardwood structure. After the house is re-assembled onsite and you situate all the other elements, you will realize that you have fashioned your own slice of Bali paradise right in your own backyard.
